Once you have selected the vacation you want to travel on call 720.751.4934 or send an email to travel@anotherworldco.com. We will need your name, the vacation, a valid contact number and email. Another World staff will reach out to go over the details of the vacation including itineraries, lodging & transportation and payment.
Deposit & payments: $300 non-refundable deposit is required for all vacation. Once the deposit is received, a confirmation/receipt will be sent to you. Vacations must be paid in full prior to your vacation in order to travel.
Currently, Another World is only accepting checks. All check must be made out to Another World with the Memo line including the traveler's name and destination.
Please speak with Another World Travel Directors to set up a payment plan. Invoices will be sent out as needed or upon request.
An in-person meeting will be scheduled to answer any further questions and be used as a general ice breaker. At Another World, we know everyone gets nervous from time to time. Getting nervous when you're also trying to get excited for a vacation can be hard. We avoid that hassle and come straight to you. We want to get to know you as much as you want to know us. We love finding out the things you are passionate about and work to incorporate that into each vacation.
Another World will provide round-trip airport transportation upon request for a $100 fee. Anyone who needs transportation outside of the Denver-Metro area may be required to pay an additional fee.

Our Daytona trip is quickly becoming one of our favorites! Nothing quite compares to the thrill of experiencing a NASCAR race live and in person. No matter how big your TV at home is, you can't replicate the rumble and feeling as cars race by at over 200 miles per hour. **Polynesian Fire and Dinner Show**
Sometimes you don't have to travel all the way to Hawaii for a fun Luau! We'll make our night out in Daytona Beach more exciting than just grabbing food at a restaurant by dining at the Polynesian Fire and Dinner Show. Right on the beach, you'll settle in and get ready to watch Polynesian performers, including a live band, fire performers, and knife performers. Plus, this luau experience includes access to a buffet with vegetarian options if you prefer.
**Catamaran Sailing Dolphin/Manatee Watch in Daytona Beach**
It's time to slow things down a little and relax for an afternoon. We'll enjoy a relaxing sail down Daytona's Halifax River during this small-group excursion. Climb aboard a comfortable catamaran, equipped with plenty of seating and sunbathing areas, and enjoy a sail along the calm waters of the river. Join Another World for our annual trip to Disney World! This is one of our favorite trips of the year, and we're excited to share it with you.
This particular Disney adventure is designed for those who love thrill rides and fast rollercoasters. While we will have opportunities to meet a few characters, the main focus of this trip is to experience as many attractions as possible.

**Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom**
First, we're kicking things off at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom. This special after-hours event offers unique characters, exclusive merchandise, fun photo opportunities, and delicious specialty food and drinks. **SeaWorld:**
While there may not be character autographs at SeaWorld, seeing a killer whale up close and personal is incredible. At SeaWorld, you'll have the opportunity to see the world through the eyes of a penguin in the thrilling, chilling adventure of Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin, and enjoy the all-new Clyde & Seamore’s Sea Lion High show. Lastly, experience the power and grace of killer whales in the awe-inspiring "One Ocean" Shamu show.

**Winter Games and Fun:**
Get ready for some excitement! You'll have the chance to go snow tubing and race your friends down the lanes. Test your driving — or bumping — skills with ice bumper cars that slide and spin on real ice. If you're feeling creative, you'll love the gingerbread decorating corner. Design a perfect gingerbread house for a beautiful holiday decoration, or enjoy it as a festive snack.
**Christmas Show:**
Experience a Cirque-styled Christmas show featuring dazzling acrobatics, feats of flexibility, and high-flying stunts. This Broadway-style spectacle centers around Noel, a child dismayed by the holiday hustle and bustle. As she tries to recapture her lost love for the season, she is visited by spirits who bring back the true meaning of the season in energetic, dreamlike chapters

**Ice Sculptures:**
ICE! is back! This year, the Gaylord’s signature holiday attraction features your favorite scenes from beloved Christmas movies. In years past we've seen ice carving from A Charlie Brown Christmas to the Polar Express. These and many more are brought to life in magnificent sculptures hand-carved from more than two million pounds of ice.

Hawaii is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world, and Another World is thrilled to be returning to experience all that the islands have to offer. Our trip will include ample time for shopping, relaxing on the beach, and exciting excursions. Read on to learn more about this dream Hawaiian vacation!
**Beach Day:**
No beach vacation is complete without some well-deserved time lounging by the ocean. Whether you want to work on your tan or splash in the water searching for shells, we'll make it happen. This is your day to relax, unwind, and fully enjoy your tropical getaway.
**Hawaiian Luau:**
Immerse yourself in the rich culture of the Hawaiian Islands at an authentic luau. Featuring hula dancers, captivating storytellers, and a traditional pig roast, this dinner and a show is not to be missed. Volunteers are often invited on stage to learn some moves—will you be daring enough to get up and dance? A definite highlight is watching the fire dancers light up the sky with their flaming instruments, seemingly untouched by the flames.
**Whale Watching:**
The arrival of the first humpback whale, typically between August and October, is a celebrated event in Hawaii. Whale season peaks in November and continues until the majority of whales depart by April, making it the perfect time to go whale watching with Another World. Keep an eye out for pods of humpback whales migrating through Hawaii's warm waters as we observe these gentle giants swim, feed, breach, and play around our boat.
