We are excited you are interested in joining us on one of our amazing vacations. Our team is here to help you choose the right vacation and answer any questions along the way.

Wheelchair spaces are limited and vary by vacation.

• ADA: Fully wheelchair accessible
• ADA Transfer: Traveler must be able to transfer independently from a wheelchair to a seat
• NOT ADA: Vacation is not wheelchair accessible

Travel Director Alyson or Will, will follow up regarding availability. Please indicate if you require a wheelchair space.

You will receive a brief questionnaire to help us better understand your travel needs.

Once all questions have been answered and no additional information is needed, an invoice will be sent to complete your booking.

Invoice includes:

• Your vacation cost
• Airport transportation service (if selected): an additional $125 fee

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on any vacation..  

At this time, Another World is only accepting checks or Zelle payments. Checks should be made payable to  Another World, and the memo line must include the traveler's name and vacation destination. Invoices will be sent out as needed or upon request.

Vacations must be paid in full at least two weeks before departure.

Unpaid vacations may receive a $100 late fee.

If a payment plan is needed, please communicate with Another World as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.

After confirmation, you will receive a Google Folder containing:

• Consent forms
• Liability waivers
• Traveler attributes (if applicable), including mobility needs, seizure information, diabetic needs, and other support requirements

Forms may be completed online or printed and emailed back to us. Google Folders can be shared with guardians or support persons who need to complete or sign documents.

Please note: Another World may request forms to be filled out in advance and/or a virtual or in-person meeting before confirming your vacation. We want to ensure we can safely support each traveler’s needs.

Email updated documents to travel@anotherworldco.com, including:

• Physician travel approval (required for travelers over age 70, completed within 3 months before vacation)
• Medical protocols (diabetes, fall risks, dietary needs, oxygen needs, seizures, etc.)
• Medical cards or other important information
• Printed Google Folder documents provided by Another World

New travelers will meet with Travel Directors Alyson and Will either virtually or in person to review the forms, review your vacation, answer questions, and help prepare for travel.

 For new travelers, we'll schedule an in-person meeting to answer any questions, and this time will be used as a general icebreaker. At Another World, we know everyone gets nervous from time to time. Getting nervous when you're also trying to get excited for a vacation can be hard. We avoid that hassle and come straight to you. We want to get to know you as much as you want to let us know.  We love finding out the things you are passionate about and try to incorporate your interests into your vacation.  

You will receive your itinerary 2–3 weeks before your vacation, including:

• Vacation letter
• Contact information
• Pick-up and drop-off details
• Scheduled activities
• Packing suggestions
• Flight and hotel information

You will receive a reminder call the night before your vacation to review final details and answer any last-minute questions.

Your trip leader will arrive during your scheduled pickup window.

Please have the following ready:

• MAR sheet
• Secured medications
• Identification
• Luggage
• Spending money  ( recommended: $100-$150 per vacation)
• Any traveler-specific items needed

If flights or traffic cause delays, we will notify providers or loved ones and provide an estimated arrival time whenever possible.
